Dispatch is a service that lets business owners ("Clients") send SMS text message broadcasts to their customers ("Recipients") who have opted in to receive them. Dispatch is a product of Ingenious Soul.

These terms apply to Clients who create a Dispatch account to send broadcasts, and to Recipients who opt in to receive messages from a Client using Dispatch.

Recipients opt in by providing their phone number directly to a Client (in-store, at checkout, via a sign-up form, or by texting a keyword to the Client's Dispatch number). Consent to receive messages is never a condition of any purchase. Clients are responsible for obtaining and documenting valid opt-in consent from their Recipients before sending them any message.

Message frequency varies by Client, typically up to 8 broadcasts per month. Message and data rates may apply, as determined by the Recipient's mobile carrier. Dispatch and its Clients are not responsible for carrier charges.

Recipients can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from a Client, and HELP for support information. Opt-out requests are honored immediately and automatically across the system.

Dispatch is billed monthly at the rate shown at signup. A 14-day free trial is available; no card is required to start. Clients may cancel at any time; no long-term contract is required. Overage charges (additional customers or broadcasts beyond the included plan amount) are billed at the rates shown on the pricing page at time of use.

Dispatch does not sell Client data or Recipient data to third parties.

Dispatch is provided "as is." We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery, as message delivery also depends on third-party carriers outside our control.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Dispatch after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
