PRIVACY POLICY

What We Collect

From Clients: name, business name, contact info, phone number, payment information (processed securely by our payment provider; Dispatch does not store full card details).
From Recipients: phone number, and any information a Recipient provides directly to a Client during opt-in (e.g., name, if collected by the Client's sign-up flow).

How We Use It

To deliver SMS broadcasts on behalf of Clients to their opted-in Recipients.
To operate, maintain, and improve the Dispatch service.
To communicate with Clients about their account, billing, and service updates.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell Client data or Recipient data to any third party. We do not share Recipient phone numbers with any party other than the Client who collected the opt-in and the infrastructure providers necessary to deliver the message (e.g., our messaging/telephony provider).

Data Retention

We retain Recipient phone numbers for as long as the Client's account is active and the Recipient has not opted out. Recipients may request removal at any time by replying STOP, or by contacting the Client directly.

05.

Third-Party Services

Dispatch relies on third-party infrastructure providers (including SMS/telephony delivery and payment processing) to operate. These providers only receive the data necessary to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Client and Recipient data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

07.

Your Rights

Recipients can opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP. Clients can request a copy of, or deletion of, their account data by contacting us directly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date above.
